1 box Morinu tofu
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 T. olive oil
1 t. garlic powder
1 T. sweetener (honey)
½ T. salt
¾ T. onion powder

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in the blender in the order they are listed. Blend until smooth and creamy. Delicious served as a spread or salad dressing. Keep refrigerated.
